From the creativity and passion of two young chefs, Francesco and Saverio, originally from Altamura, Pantura is a traveling kitchen on wheels based in Milan. Our food stories are told at the first bite: a childhood memory, the love of simple things, few ingredients but delicious.
Raw materials are at the center of a direct and simple cuisine, careful to respect the ingredients, to preserve as much of their flavor as possible using technique and common sense: Altamura bread, soft but crisp at first taste, creamy stracciatella, extra virgin olive oil and that unforgettable taste of freshly picked tomatoes.
